Who doesn’t love passive income, right?
Do the work once and the money keeps flowing in.
There are a lot of strategies to do just that in Real Estate. But most of them are more hope than strategy.
For instance…
If you own rentals that cash flow, the income can be somewhat passive but it really isn’t completely passive.
That is…the income is passive IF you never get phone calls or you have to take care of repairs. And so on.
There’s not many ways to get true passive income in Real Estate.
And there are even fewer ways that you can use your Self-Directed IRA to invest in.
That’s why buying notes is so exciting to me.
You can use your Self-Directed IRA to get started and build a tax-deferred empire.
Plus, if you do it right, the income is definitely passive.
