Casey Ryan Quinn, a Pittsburgh-based entrepreneur and co-founder of CityLife Residential, successfully expanded the company to 750 residential units in less than five years serving as the company's CEO. This remarkable growth led to CityLife Residential being recognized as Pittsburgh's third Fastest Growing Company from 2021 to 2023. Casey is also co-founder and partner in Accruity, a real estate focused accounting services company where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. 

CityLife Residential is a fully integrated residential real estate investment company with construction, property management, and real estate sales services. Casey effectively manages a dynamic team of 50 staff members, 10 virtual professionals, and over 30 agents, centering his efforts on leadership, strategy, and capital management.
