Lee Kearney - CEO and Chairman of the Board (Co-Founder)

Lee Kearney is one of the nation's most successful single-family real estate investors.  Since 2004, he has bought/sold 7,000+ properties, and is known as the expert in leveraging real estate market cycles.  He now owns several real estate businesses in Florida, all operating under the Southeast Property Investments Network (SPIN) brand, to fix and flip properties across the U.S.  The SPIN flagship trading company has a sales volume exceeding $500M to date.

In 2019, Lee became CEO of Real Advisors (formerly Advisor's Education), which is one of the fastest growing educational platforms.  Tapping into his expertise and passion for mentorship to educate others, Lee brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to this mastermind project and specializes in leveraging market cycles to help others grow their own real estate businesses.  Real Advisors publishes Real Empire, Commercial Empire, and Lee's personal platform, Real Mogul - all of which offer several levels of training designed for beginner investors and mid-level operators who wish to scale their operations as well as seasoned investors looking to maximize their profits.  Lee also runs a high-level mastermind called Advisor's Counsel, which is composed of operators whose expertise extend across multiple industries, including real estate.

Outside of his real estate ventures Lee founded Florida Advanced Supplement Technologies (FAST) in 2013.  FAST is a SPIN Company dedicated to servicing the medical cannabis market in Florida.  FAST is a vertically integrated company that will manufacture and distribute a world class medical product line manufactured by K.I.N.D. Concentrates, to serve Florida patients with severe or debilitating illnesses upon recommendation from a licensed physician under the current state regulatory guidelines.  FAST has also formed several strategic partnerships across the U.S. to manufacture and distribute the K.I.N.D. brand.

In 2019, a large focus has been directed towards connecting multiple industries that Lee is involved in, in order to create and ecosystem that provides value to every client.

Lee holds a degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
