With a remarkable track record that includes flipping over 125 homes, wholesaling
another 150, and creatively financing a portfolio of 30+ rental properties, Lehmann has
demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate the ever-changing real estate
landscape.

After grad school and working for Pfizer Tom, always the entrepreneur, started a sports
supplement business. Within 3 years Super nutrition had over 20 locations in 3 states
Following the 08/09 crash Tom took a role in corporate America and last worked for the
United States conference of mayors partner America program. Helping small
businesses across America grow.
Then having the opportunity to jump back into the entrepreneurial world with real estate
in 2019

One of the most significant moves in Thomas Lehmann's career was his pivot into the
world of manufactured housing. Recognizing the pressing need for affordable homes in
Central Florida, he saw an opportunity to make a difference. Leveraging his industry
knowledge and network, he started investing in manufactured homes. First as an
investor and now as a licensed manufactured/modular home dealer, Tom is able to
contribute to the alleviation of the housing crisis in the region.
When Thomas isn't working, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children,
traveling, and being anywhere warm!
