Andrew Werner began his real estate investing career working for his father who was a home builder. He learned the construction side of the business at an early age by working in each of the trades (tile, framing, carpentry, drywall etc). In 2000 he began buying properties at the Trustee Sale (foreclosure auction) and fixing and flipping them. By 2003 he changed his business model from fix and flip to a wholesale only model and began scaling that into multiple markets.
By 2006 his business was operating in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Utah and Idaho and Louisiana. Along with wholesaling properties in all of these markets, he and his partners were also lending to their customers. The business had grow to such a scale that it had over $50,000,000 in hard money loans and 1,000 properties bought and sold in one year at the peak.
After the market crash Andrew begin raising capital and buying properties on behalf of himself and other investors. He continues to own rentals, buy and fix and flip, wholesale, build new construction and complete creative finance solutions. He has bought and sold well over 4,000 properties in his career.
Real estate has always been a passion for Andrew, but even more than that, helping others achieve success in real estate has been his greatest professional joy. His vision for nearly a decade has been to help 1,000 people become financially free through real estate investing
